Faith-Based Yoga Fusion Class: Immerse yourself in a transformative experience that unites yoga and strength training with a deep spiritual journey. In this
class, God’s Word is interwoven throughout, inspiring your practice and fostering a profound connection with Him.
Fitness Classes: Combine strength training, conditioning, cardio, and flexibility exercises into one dynamic workout. Open to ages 18–64, these classes push you to work hard and get in shape in a supportive, group environment.
